How are Refunds Handled When Products Don't Dispense Properly?
Refunds and products not dispensing properly are a thing of the past with our service because of our SureVend™️ Guaranteed Product Delivery. Our machines know if a product doesn't vend properly and when this happens the machine will then rotate the coil further basically giving the product an extra "nudge" to push it over the edge. If the product still doesn't drop into the receiving bin then it will notify the consumer and instruct them to select a different product choice or the option to receive a refund of their purchase.
